Job description

Our client, a group of companies developing in-house products for the online entertainment industry in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Senior Affiliate / Traffic Manager. This position requires a candidate who is energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to work in a leading company within the online entertainment sector. 

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships.

Negotiate high-value deals with websites and traffic providers.

Optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions.

Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign results.

Lead recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Attend International Conferences.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.

1,5 - 3 years work experience in adult/dating industry

Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and hunting new sites.

Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliates.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analytics.

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.

Good Google Sheet knowledge;

Experience with Google Analytics;

Fluent in English.
