Our client is an International iGaming / Casino company that is looking for a Senior Accountant to be based in Limassol at their offices.

You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager who is also the company Director. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Limassol.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling large volumes of financial data, performing reconciliations, and supporting budgeting processes.

You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while contributing to financial planning and analysis.

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Reconciliations – Manage and reconcile large volumes of data across multiple accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, offering insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• Excel & Data Management – Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to efficiently process and analyze large datasets.
• Compliance & Controls – Ensure all financial records are maintained in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with various departments to support financial planning, reporting, and operational decision-making.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience handling large volumes of financial data, reconciliations, and budget preparation.
• Experience with iGaming or PSP reconciliations is considered an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
