Job description

Vacancy: VR Customer Service Specialist|Assistant

We’re seeking a young lady and/or gentleman—preferably a university or college student with decorous soft skills—for a flexible, part-time, on-demand role in VR. The ideal candidate should be 18+, hold a Cyprus work permit, or be a family member with a work visa.

No prior experience? No problem! While not required, any background in retail or hospitality would be a plus.

Languages: Greek (B2+ or native) and English (B2+ or native) are required. Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, or both would be a valuable advantage.

Schedules are based on pre-booked VR events and sessions during working hours: Fri 15-23:00; Sat-Sun 12-23:00 and, in case of customer pre-reservation in advance on Tue-Thu 15-22:00; (hours may vary or extend based on customer demand). With full pre-booking, shifts will follow a two-days-on, two-days-off rotation. Working hours are capped according to Cypriot labor regulations for students.

Job Duties

What You Will Be Doing:

Greet guests with a smile
Describe our entertainment & events
Communicate with clients via phone & messengers to generate leads and sales
Handle cash transactions
Keep the equipment clean
Provide VR consultancy support & troubleshooting
Ensure an exceptional client experience

Assist clients in/with:

Greet & assist customers
Set up & calibrate VR headsets
Provide gameplay instructions & support
Troubleshoot & resolve issues
Clean & maintain VR equipment
Monitor arcade systems for smooth operation
Ensure safety & enforce rules
Assist with events & parties
Promote memberships & special offers

Job Requirements
