Job description

Our client is one of the world's leading Corporate Service Providers and they are currently looking to recruit a Front Desk Assistant for their offices in Larnaca.

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in our business center.
  • Professionally handle calls and inquiries, directing them as needed.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes, and various corporate documents (agreements, resolutions, POAs, M&A, Corporate Registers, etc.).
  • Process and manage requests with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department and assist in applications to the social insurance department.
  • Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Complete other administrative duties as requested

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a corporate administrator.
  • Fluency in Greek, English both written and spoken and German a strong benefit
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and within a team.
  • Friendly personality with excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive approach.
  • Motivated, fast learner eager to expand their knowledge.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday from 8.00-16.00 and Fridays 8.00-15.00
