Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our solar projects in Cyprus from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Cypriot renewable energy market and regulatory framework.

Job Duties

Manage and coordinate photovoltaic farm and residential solar installation projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Coordinate with various departments, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Cypriot energy regulations and building codes
Oversee quality control throughout project lifecycle
Manage client relationships and expectations
Identify and mitigate project risks
Prepare and present project status reports to management

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in Cyprus
Proven track record of overseeing and participating in the construction of photovoltaic farms and solar installations in Cyprus
Comprehensive knowledge of the photovoltaic and wind energy industry in Cyprus
Thorough understanding of Cypriot energy laws and regulations
Fluency in both English and Greek is mandatory
Strong knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) processes for photovoltaic farms and installations
Excellent project management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy or related field is a plus
