Job description

This International UK Licensed FCA Electronic Money (EMI) Company with offices in Limassol and London is looking for a commercially minded a Business Development Manager with experience in B2B sales, In this role you'll be responsible for B2B sales, driving customer acquisition, and converting leads into sales. You'll play a critical role in helping businesses save time and money. Your responsibilities will include identifying target markets and potential clients, cultivating client relationships, analysing sales data, developing strategic sales and marketing plans. B2B experience within the online payment services industry is a must.


Job Duties

Responsibilities:

You will manage the sales process through the entire life cycle, generating leads, uncovering client needs, setting up appointments, providing demonstrations, negotiating terms and closing the sale

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to navigate and resolve potential obstacles in the sales process.

Apply a consultative sales approach to drive sales execution, build new pipeline opportunities, and expand existing ones.

Reporting to, and working closely with, the head of sales on all sales activity, maintaining comprehensive records in the company CRM system showing clear forecasting and reports on the opportunity pipeline.

Align with company strategy and achieve monthly sales targets as assigned

 Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and relevant organisations.

 Participate in trade shows and user group meetings as required.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and updates to company products and services.

 Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience gained in industries such as enterprise software, SaaS, FinTech / payment solutions / corporate lending / Business banking, must be able to demonstrate success in previous sales roles.

Proven track record of building and maintaining a sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Self-starter mentality, ambitious and hungry to achieve and go beyond targets

Good listening skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry

A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination

Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as part of a team

Good self-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with stakeholders.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead negotiations in complex deals.

Proven ability to clearly convey value propositions and return on investment (ROI).

Skilled at managing sales with multiple decision-makers involved.

Experience managing internal resources to successfully close sales.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Strong ability to align customer needs with appropriate solutions.

Responsive, dependable, and results-drive

Located in Cyprus

Working hours:

The working hours are 09:00– 18:00 , Monday – Friday with a 1-hour lunch break (onsite role)
