What You’ll Do

• Help send product offers and updates to customers via email.
• Keep track of price lists and quotes from suppliers.
• Follow up with customers using email templates (no cold calling needed).
• Update records in our system (Salesforce, Excel, or Google Sheets).
• Assist in digital marketing tasks like email campaigns and social media updates.
• Answer basic customer inquiries via chat and email or forward them to the right person.
• Help with small office tasks to support the sales team.
