We are looking for a Russian-speaking Accountant coming from within a CFD, fintech, payment back ground and to be based on a Hybrid model for a technology company based in Limassol.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to handle financial reporting, invoice processing, and payment operations.

This role is ideal for a professional with experience in CFD brokerage, fintech, or financial services who can ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, bank and PSP reconciliations, and invoice management while collaborating with external accountants to oversee payroll, taxes, and regulatory requirements.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the firm’s financial integrity and optimizing operational workflows.

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of documents to external accountants.
• Oversee external accountants for payroll, taxes, and social insurance.
• Oversee invoice payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Preparation of financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage accounts receivable and payable to maintain cash flow.
• Oversee the reconciliation of bank, PSP, and trading platform balances.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, within a CFD brokerage, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Experience in managing several areas of accounting of legal entities (bank, advance reports, accounting of settlements with suppliers, buyers).
• Experience in the formation of financial statements (Cash flow, Balance sheets, etc).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• English - Upper-Intermediate or Advanced. Russian or Ukrainian - fluent.
