Our client is a subsidiary company to in International Group of Companies who are in operation in 26 countries worldwide and with more than 100 professional staff members and a leader within the classified ads sector and providing escort services websites.  The opportunity has become available as my client is looking to recruit a Hindi-speaking Sales Specialist who will join a youthful and dynamic Sales Team to be based at their Limassol Offices 

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

Contact new potential or existing clients to inform them about our services and their features

Anticipate and understand customer needs and close sales;

Enter and update customer information in the database;

Take and process orders accurately;

Manage possible claims to guarantee the company's reputation;

Maintain call and sales records 

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a sales or other sales/customer service role;

Good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Excel) and telephone systems

Ability to know products and services and describe/explain them to potential customers;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sales calls and client inquiries;

Excellent negotiation, problem solving and complaint resolution skills;

Excellent knowledge of Hindi and English in both spoken and written
