KYC/Compliance Officer (VAC-A3223)

Job description

Our client an Online Gaming company is currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior KYC/Compliance officer to join our dynamic team at their Limassol based offices

In this role, you will develop and implement KYC policies and procedures, lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensure compliance through regular audits, and identify and mitigate risks in customer onboarding and due diligence

Job Duties

• Main responsibilities:
  
  Develop and implement comprehensive KYC policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
  
  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC analysts, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  
  Ensure ongoing compliance with KYC regulations and internal policies by conducting regular audits and reviews.
  
  Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CAMS) is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, with at least 2 years in our industry.

In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in compliance software and tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary:

Salary 2500 - 3000 Euros gross monthly
