Head Quantity Surveyor (VAC-A3220)

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing boutique real estate company in Limassol that creates, transforms and develops exceptional buildings. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Head Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost-related aspects of our projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality developments on time and within budget.

Job Duties

• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for all project stages.
  
  Manage bills of quantities (BoQs) and control project costs throughout the lifecycle.
  
  Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
  
  Advise on and manage contract documentation, negotiations, and disputes.
  
  Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
  
  Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
  Provide detailed financial reports, forecasts, and strategic cost insights.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally in large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC, FIDIC).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Fluency in Greek and English

Working hours:

The working hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday (onsite)
