Our client is a Limassol based Educational Center offering a diverse range of training programs in IT, Business, Compliance, and Finance and the opportunity has now become available as my client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties

• Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries.
  
  Provide in-depth knowledge of training and services to customers.
  
  Monitor and report customer feedback and sales trends to the management team.
  
  Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  
  Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  
  Handle customer issues as needed to the appropriate manager.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Previous sales experience mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

A positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

General computer skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
