Our client, a  CySEC licensed forex broker in Limassol, has branched out and is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their company.

Job Duties

• What will your agenda look like:
• Seeking new business opportunities and securing contracts for the company
• Effectively manage and nurture partner relationships, ensuring prompt and exceptional service delivery
• Actively promote the company's array of financial products and services.
• Leverage established partner connections to generate new business opportunities.
• Reviewing the key performance indicators of the regions of business generated
• Achieving business goals and revenue targets
• Preparing and presenting reports for senior management
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts with clients
• Enforcing the company's rules and regulations
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards

Job Requirements

What we expect from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management or a related field

At least 3 years of previous experience in the Forex industry working in a similar role

Proficiency in English Language and an additional language would be considered an advantage

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.

Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A pool of trusted network or portfolio is considered a strong advantage.
