Product Manager (Hybrid work model) (VAC-A3060)

Job description

Our client is a Business Consulting Services firm offering a wide array of compliance consulting services specifically designed for the digital asset market are looking to recruit a Product Manager working on a Hybrid work model to join the team at their Limassol based offices.

Job Duties

• Responsibilities:
  
  Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.Define the product strategy and roadmap
  
  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
  
  Scope and prioritise activities based on business data
  
  Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  
  Drive product launches including working with executives, and other management team members
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in fintech or blockchain industry

Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web3 technologies.

Data analytics skills

Market and competitive analysis

Strong problem solving skills

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

Skilled at writing bulletproof PRD’s

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8 (eight) hours per day with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Start times are flexible

Starting date: As soon as possible (Ideally January 1st)
