VAKIS ASSOCIATES Architects & Interior Designers is seeking for Architects to join the studio team with its head office based in Limassol, on a full time employment basis.

The candidates are expected to be involved in all aspects of the current ongoing projects of the office, from early concept design work all the way through to detail design and production of drawings for construction.

Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri,) & 8:00 - 14:00 (Wed.)

Job Duties

• • 2d Architectural drawing works in Autocad
  
  • Preparation of drawings for Town Planning and Building Permit consent
  
  • Detail technical drawings for tendering and construction purposes
  
  • 3d modelling skills will also be considered as a plus for the preparation of concept study models for various projects.
  
  • Coordination of consultant drawings at Tender Stage
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Very good knowledge and proficiency of Autocad 2d

• Cooperative and energetic in a team working environment

• Minimum experience in an Architectural office environment for at least 1 year

• EU working visa / work permit
