Onboarding Specialist (VAC-A2911)

Job description

Our client, an FX Trading Company, based in Limassol, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing payment solutions, handling onboarding applications, and ensuring compliance with KYC/KYB procedures. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with global payment providers.

Job Duties

• Payment Solutions Management: Manage a variety of payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operation across multiple platforms.
  
  EMI & PSP Applications: Submit and manage onboarding applications for Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) and Payment Service Providers (PSP).
  
  Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with global payment solution providers, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
  
  KYC/KYB Procedures: Handle KYC/KYB procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for all partners.
  
  Corporate Documentation Review: Review and understand corporate documentation for vendors across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or any related ?eld.

1-2 years of working experience in the banking sector (preferably within an International Business Unit), a payment service provider, or a similar role within an investment ?rm.

Good knowledge of corporate documentation requirements across different jurisdictions.

Familiarity with complex corporate structures.

Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (onsite)
