Job description
As our operations expand in Cyprus, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Corporate Secretary/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of legal acumen, adept administrative capabilities agility to manage complex administrative tasks.
Job Duties
- Maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and oversee corporate governance policies and practices;
- Making necessary timely filings with RoC and other state agencies;
- Acting as a nominee director/secretary for the company in Cyprus under administration.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar position is required of at least 5 years;
- Experience in board support with the ability to manage board and committee meetings;
- Excellent practical knowledge of corporate procedures and statutory forms/documentation of the Registrar of Companies (RoC);
- Operation of ARIADNI portal and the e-Filing system of the RoC.
- Fluent in Greek and English;
- A university degree in Law is preferred but not required.
