Job description

Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruiting initiatives to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates, while managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.


Job Duties

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet both immediate and long-term talent needs.
  • Sourcing and Talent Identification: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, portfolios, and qualifications to assess candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with role-specific requirements and company culture.
  • Interview and Assessment Coordination: Conduct and facilitate interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Candidate and Hiring Manager Engagement: Provide consistent communication, feedback, and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, managing all aspects of contract and salary discussions with selected candidates.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on best practices and trends in talent acquisition and relevant industry developments.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
