Job Duties

• Preparing and analyzing contracts with clients
• Maintaining personnel documentation (employment contracts, orders, etc.)
• Analyzing EU and third country regulations
• Developing and updating the company's system of policies, procedures and guidelines;
• oversee the day-to-day functioning of AML/KYC policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
• Other duties under the direction of the Chief

Job Requirements

• Higher legal education;
• Practical experience in preparing legal documents;
• Ability to navigate in international legislation and regulatory legal system;
• Knowledge of contract law, commercial law;
• Ability to process and systematize large amounts of data;
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
•  Logical and analytical thinking;
• Good written and spoken English, Russian

It will be an advantage to have:

• AML/KYC knowledge
• Igaming or IT experience
