Job description

Our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is looking to recruit a highly motivated German-speaking Back Office Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our back-office operations. Your responsibilities will involve administrative tasks, data management, and supporting various operational functions.


Job Duties

  • Processing payments
  • Leading and ensuring effective implementation of Know your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients
  • Monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals in the CRM
  • Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks
  • Communicating with the Company’s payment providers
  • Supporting related to banking transactions
  • Assisting with the company’s transaction monitoring process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field shall be considered as and advantage
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at the position of Back Office Assistant in the forex industry, or a similar position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent knowledge of German language (verbal and written)
  • Located in Cyprus

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 1,800 - 2,000 Euros gross per month (based on skills and experience) + medical insurance + parking

Working hours:

The working hours are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
