Job description

Our client, a Property Development Company in Larnaca is looking for a Civil Engineer / Project Manager.

Job Duties

• Project management
  
• Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
  
• Tendering Procedures (prepare documents, invite tenders, tender analysis etc)
  
• Managing budgets, planning and project resources
  
• Quality control
  
• Site Coordination
  
• Safety analysesa
  
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• BEng in Civil Engineering
  
• Excellent computer skills
  
• Fluent in both Greek and English
  
• Significant working experience of at least 5 years in the construction sector
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods
  
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Ms. Project, Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Knowledge of structural analysis software - Fespa will be considered an advantage
  
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
  
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills
  
• Team working/leadership skills
  
  Working hours:
  The working hours are 08.00-13.00 – 14.30-17.30 (Monday to Thursday), 08.00-16.30 (Friday)
