Junior Project Manager (Marketing) (VAC-A2612)

Job description

Our client, a CySEC licensed FX Company in Limassol, is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager with a background in marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in project management tasks, ensuring timely deliverables, effective communication, negotiation, process optimization, problem-solving, autonomy, and adaptability. You will support the project manager in coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and resolving issues while seeking process improvement opportunities.

We are looking for a candidate with Project Management Experience and some Marketing experience/skills or a Marketing Specialist (Ideally Marketing 360) with project Management skills or experience and Fintech (Payments, Forex) experience.

Job Duties

• Project Planning and Coordination:
  
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  
• Compile comprehensive project documentation.
  
• Gather project requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  

Execution and Monitoring:Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with goals.

Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and mitigate risks.

Communication:

• Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and ensure clear communication.
  
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
  
  Quality Assurance:
  
  
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  
• Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
  

Job Requirements

• Fluent English
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Financial Services background, preferably within CIFs or similar institutions
  
• At least 1 year proven project management experience, preferably in marketing
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in project management software
  
• Familiarity with MT4 & MT5 platforms is preferred
  
  Working hours:
  The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm (onsite job)
