MT5 Administrator - Remote

Job description

The purpose of the role is to provide maintenance and support to the MT5 servers and to key internal systems and projects. The role will also provide opportunities to develop technical and analytical skills. We need a great team player who is results-oriented, has high attention to detail and is comfortable managing priorities.

Job Duties

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Install and configure MT5 Servers

• Ensure the continuous operation and running of the MT5 systems

• Set up and maintain new and existing financial products

• Troubleshoot system issues, managing system upgrades, document processes and providing technical support for users

• Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & software

• Perform routine audits of the trading platform systems and software

• Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems

• Work closely with our external associates for resolving issues related to the trading platforms, systems and software

Job Requirements

Main requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

• Good understanding of the Forex market

• Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially with /MT5

• Experience with Windows/Linux scripting language will be considered an advantage

• Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage

• Experience with Zabbix/Graylog/Kibana/New Relic systems will be considered an advantage

• Experience with Centroid Bridge systems will be considered an advantage

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proactive and efficient with strong organisational skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
