DexTek Group

DexTek Constructions is a construction and real estate company located in Larnaca. It was founded in 2017 and, since then,  has built up a portfolio of very remarkable projects in the field of Investment development. DexTek Constructions' goal is to persistently improve and grow in response to the property market demand. The first completed project of the company is Park View Residence, located in the Drosia area of Larnaca.

Since then DexTek Constructions also completed T3 Sunrise, Yuro, and Majestic Residence and has eight more projects in progress. The team of DexTek Constructions includes various professionals who are dedicated to the company and are determined to provide quality service through the whole procedure, until the delivery of the project. 

The philosophy of the company is the provision of integrated quality services in the fields of construction and real estate development, the improvement of its activities, through the continuous investment in capital equipment, new technologies, and the continuous training of its human resources, with the sole aim of as much as possible to meet the needs of its customers.
