Our client, a well-established FX company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Regional Business Development Manager.
The client is a regulated multi-asset online brokerage firm offering a wide range of Financial Instruments and Derivatives for trading.

Job Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and other strategic partners.
Identify and engage potential partners while ensuring high retention and reactivation rates.
Expand the IB & Affiliates network through professional and social media channels.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements based on competitive partner commission packages.
Support IBs in growing their network and enhancing their performance.
Identify and utilize the most effective local marketing channels to promote FinPros and its products.
Assist in onboarding trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and optimize affiliate and partner performance to meet key business objectives.
Provide exceptional support to partners, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Department.
Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Existing network of IBs, Affiliates, or other potential partners with the ambition to expand it further.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development within the FX/CFD or online trading industry.
Strong sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with a competitive mindset and a desire to succeed.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in at least one additional language is required (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese).
Willingness to travel periodically for business meetings, events, and seminars.

Working Hours:
The working hours are 8-5 or 9-6 for most agents with 1 hour lunch break, but for Asian markets it can be even earlier, so it’s kind of flexible.
