As a Junior Technical ICT Support Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering reliable IT support to our clients. This position is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to build a rewarding career in IT.   

Job Duties

  • Client Support: Deliver responsive technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site, tailored to their unique needs. 
  • System Deployment: Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, approved vendor hardware and software and Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365). 
  • Network Deployment: Plan, install, configure and maintain switches, firewalls, routers.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and optimize infrastructure solutions to ensure smooth daily operations. 
  • Troubleshooting & Assistance: Address technical inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors with effective solutions.
  • Team Contribution: Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management to support the team and company goals.  


Technical Expertise:

  •  Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft cloud solutions, Networks and IT infrastructure.  
  • Familiarity with PC, notebook, and server hardware/software configuration.  
  • Familiarity with Networks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to diagnosing and resolving technical challenges. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A desire to expand your technical knowledge and grow in the IT field.  



Job Requirements

Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) or a degree in IT or a related field is preferred.  

Previous experience (internship or 1-2 years) in IT support is a plus but not required.
