Russian-speaking Air Ticketing Agent (VAC-A3313)

Job description

Our client, an International Travel company based in Limassol are looking to hire an experienced and Russian-speaking Air Ticketing Agent with extensive experience with Amadeus and Farelogix, systems to join their growing team.

Job Duties

• Booking and issuing air tickets using the Amadeus and Farelogix systems
• Advising clients on flight-related matters and services
• Selecting optimal flight routes based on client or company manager requests
• Issuing, reissuing, processing refunds, and voiding air tickets
• Calculating changes to air tickets
• Checking queues in the Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
• Ordering and coordinating additional special services with airlines in the Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
• Handling current requests and maintaining the client database
• Being ready to lead the air ticketing department

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with the Amadeus system
• At least 1 year of experience working with the Farelogix system
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency in office software
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of Russian and English is mandatory
• High level of self-organization and ability to work independently
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills
