Job description

Our client, an International Information, Data and Market Measurement Firm, which operates in over 100 countries worldwide, is currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who will fill the role for 1 year. 


Job Duties

Responsibilities:

Planning, organization and management of office administrative affairs

Maintaining the documentation archive

Administration of records of incoming and outgoing documents

Administration of incoming and outgoing mail

Technical and general tasks related to the organization of meetings

Communication with suppliers and partners

Perform inventory of property

Making office supplies arrangements

Booking transport and accommodation

Organizing company events

Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

Processing and administration of invoices and managing office

Filling (digital and hard copy filing)

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role

Candidate must speak and write English fluently

Reliable, Self-motivated and can adapt quickly

Needs to be able to start as soon as possible

EU Citizens only

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week – 4 hours per day
