Job Duties

- Provide technical support for the company’s products, including responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.

- Perform software updates both remotely and on-site at locations worldwide.

- Conduct remote updates of airline applications.

- Participate in the installation, upgrade, and migration of software solutions in airports.

- Train users on the company's software products.

Job Requirements
