Junior Accountant

Job description

For our client, a well established Jewellery company based in Larnaca, we are seeking to find a Junior Accountant to join their team. Their offices are located near the downtown area. The person will need to be trustworthy as they will be in the department of the jewellery store also.

Job Duties

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
• Recording debits and credits
• Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
• Report to the Accounting Manager

Job Requirements

• An Accounting qualification would be an advantage
• At least 1 year of previous experience in Bookkeeping
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy character

Job Benefits

Salary:

€1000 - 1500 monthly gross, depending on experience
