Our client is a UK based Recruitment Agency with an office in Paphos that deals with the recruitment of Engineers for the Oil and Gas industry in the UK market. Due to volume of business and continuous growth my client is now looking to onboard a self-motivated and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant who is fluent in English to join the team. 

If you’re passionate about driving results, managing high-volume vacancies, and building exceptional client relationships, this role is made for you.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Directly source top talent and build strong pipelines.
• Manage client relationships and offer expert market insights.
• Oversee compliance and payroll processes.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
• Drive business development and expand client networks.

Job Requirements

• Recruitment expertise (construction, engineering, or energy sectors preferred).
• A proven ability to manage high-volume vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

€23k - €30 per year
