Job description

Office Administration role within a fast paced sales office environment

Job Duties

• General receptionist and administration duties

• Creating and posting Job Adverts and liaising with Recruiters

• Recruitment tracking and sending employment offers

• Organise onboarding of staff, preparing employment agreements and collating ID documents

• Updating database for staff starters and leavers with all salary and allowance information

• Assist Finance Manager providing staff data for payroll process

• Assist with document collation for employee VISA applications for the company lawyer

• Daily reporting of staff hours and monitoring lateness, sickness and other absence

• Photocopying and scanning documents and uploading documents to the drive

• Maintain filing system

• Office facility management – maintenance and reporting issues and organising repairs

• Office Supplies – maintaining office supplies

• Petty cash management

• Errands – running general errands e.g., Courier, Post Office, Supermarket

• Ad hoc tasks given by the Director and Senior Manager


Job Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Computer literature with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a Must

• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work on own initiative

• Must be a team player, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

• Have transport to be able to run errands


Job Benefits

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 or similar

No weekends and no evenings
