Job description

Our client is a Payment Service Provider with offices in Limassol and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Crypto Trader join the team 

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage cryptocurrency trades across various exchanges and liquidity providers.

Develop and implement trading strategies based on market research, technical analysis, and quantitative models.

Monitor market trends, news, and events that may impact crypto asset prices.

Utilize algorithmic and high-frequency trading strategies where applicable.

Optimize trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk exposure.

Collaborate with research, technology, and risk management teams to improve trading efficiency.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.

Conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate performance and improve trading models.

Identify and exploit arbitrage opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading, traditional financial markets, or proprietary trading.

Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.

Proficiency in using trading platforms, market data tools, and analytics software.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong decision-making skills.

Good quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with risk management frameworks and trading compliance regulations.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
