Product Manager (VAC-A3219)

Job description

Our client, a smart payment cashier software company, is currently looking for a Product Manager with payment background. to join their team in Limassol.

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering features that provide significant value to our merchants.

Job Duties

• Communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and client needs.
  
  Create, priorities and manage the product backlog.
  
  Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
  Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team understands the priorities of each sprint.
  
  Gather and analyst user feedback addressing pain points.
  
  Maintain the product roadmap, communicating progress and updates.
  
  Able to analyse and write technical functions.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related role.

Experience within a Payment Service Provider (PSP) company or the payment industry.

Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

Proficiency with product management tools.

Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with payment gateways
