Job description
We are seeking for a motivated, skilled and resourceful Technical Coordinator to assist the Technical Director in managing operations and overseeing key projects. This role involves taking ownership of tasks, ensuring they are executed efficiently, and maintaining alignment between on-site and office-based activities. By bridging communication across teams, resolving challenges, and ensuring alignment with project goals, the candidate will play an integral role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our operations. The candidate should have a civil engineering background with site supervision experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support project workflows, monitor progress, and contribute to the successful delivery of objectives.
Job Duties
- Review and analyse designs, plans, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- In assistance with Project Managers and Interior Designers, monitor and manage project workflows to ensure alignment with objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct visits with the Technical Director to monitor progress take meeting minutes, identify technical issues or challenges, and proactively understand the construction site to pinpoint bottlenecks and inform the relevant department/stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain organized project records across all departments.
- Act as a liaison between the Technical Director, project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and address technical or operational queries.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as scheduling meetings, organize and maintain accurate records of project documentation, technical drawings, and reports.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve on-site challenges in collaboration with the Technical Director.
- Facilitate the organization of meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.
- Support clear communication across teams, ensuring alignment between on-site and office operations.
- Ensure all project phases meet regulatory and quality standards, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Close collaboration with the Technical Director to address operational and technical challenges effectively.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the local industry.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of structural software is an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
