Job description

Our client is an established and well known Property Administration Company who is looking for an office secretary based in the center of Limassol.


Job Duties

Secretarial duties 

Telephone customer service

Perform under pressure

Manage and coordinate the right people to resolve technical issues of problems (plumbers, contractors, etc.)

Creating and maintaining records

Archiving, team work

Job Requirements

Qualities:

Collaborative, consistent, willing to help.

Skillset:

Very good knowledge or Excel, Word,

Basic knowledge of accounting will be highly appreciated (for entering invoices, etc.),

Knowledge of Greek and English language is a must.

Job Benefits

1200 Net monthly + 13th salary

Working Hours:

9am-6pm Monday - Friday
