PHP/Laravel Lead Backend Developer (Russian-speaking) (VAC-A3140)

Job description

Our client is a Technology Company in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Russian-speaking PHP/Laravel Lead Backend Developer.

Job Duties

• Lead and manage the company's software development department
  
  Architect and design software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives
  
  Oversee development processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards
  
  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them to improve development processes and product quality
  
  Collaborate with project manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  
  Take responsibility for all technical decisions, ensuring code security and robustness
  
  Organize and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  
  Analyse and resolve technical challenges, making critical decisions to ensure the success of the company's products and applications.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development

At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers effectively

Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)

Full-stack development experience

Fluency in Russian

Working hours:

The working hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (onsite job)
