Trainee Technical Business Development Executive (VAC-A3126)

Job description

Our client, a Technology Company in Nicosia, is looking to recruit a Trainee Technical Business Development Executive who will play a key role in driving new business growth while also managing existing client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and an eagerness to learn. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand Geofem’s presence.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated achievement through high-performance behaviours, in any transferable skill, experience, or attribute.

Self-motivated with a high level of tenacity and drive to succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and solutions.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.

A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is also a plus.

Working hours:

The working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
