Job description
Domo Properties is a rapidly growing Property Development company specialized in premium residential and commercial properties. As we continue to expand, we are seeking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of exciting projects and become a pivotal part of our company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Job Duties
• Review and control the construction operation by coordinating with the project’s main contractor and sub-contractors.
• Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
• Oversee projects administration and ensue it complies with all relevant regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and seamless collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure project quality throughout all phases.
• Ensure that all projects comply with all relevant regulations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, and/or Project Management, Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the property development industry.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Projects, and Excel (Microsoft 365)
• Member of ETEK

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Build positive relationships with construction and local authorities associates.
• Highly organized, thorough, and proficient at multitasking
• Multi-disciplinary approach & understanding of the property development industry.
