Architect (min 2 years experience) (VAC-A3102)

Job description

Our client is a group of companies providing a full range of development services for the construction industry from project development to its implementation and they are currently recruiting 2 positions a Junior and Senior Architect for their offices in Limassol.

Job Duties

• Preparation of architectural drawings including construction details.
  
  Preparation of documents and submission for Town Planning Permit / Building Permit.
  
  Implementation of Town Planning & Building Regulations.
  
  Supervision of construction site and coordination of designers.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

University degree in Architectural Engineering. A Master's degree will be considered an additional qualification.

Proven experience of at least (2) two years in a similar position.

Registered Member of ETEK.

Very good knowledge of 2D and 3D programs (AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Ms Office etc). ArchiCAD will be considered an additional asset.

Very good knowledge of the Greek language. Knowledge of Russian and English languages additional qualification.
