Job description

Our client, a very well established International Corporate Services Company based in Limassol, is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join the team. 


Job Duties

  • Incorporation of a Cyprus Company

    Preparation of Applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (HE2, HE4, HE57 etc.)

    Preparation and submission of annual return (HE32)

    Communication with the Registrar of Companies and order of certificates

    Execution of agreements or any document by the directors of the Companies

    Preparation and execution of various documents including resolutions, minutes, instruments of transfer, share certificates, certificate of incumbency, power of attorney, deed of trust etc

    Communication with agents for incorporation of company in different jurisdictions

    Ensure that all necessary changes that need to be made with the applicable corporate authorities and/or agents

    Knowledge of KYC and DD requirements

    Ensure proper record keeping of all corporate certificates, KYC documentation and information with regards to the companies

    Preparation of various documents for certification, legalization and apostille

    Daily Communication with clients

    Liaising with lawyers, accountants and bank institutions


Job Requirements

4+ years’ experience in a similar position in Cyprus

Proficient in both Greek and English

Excellent knowledge of how the Cyprus Registrar of Companies works

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Effective team worker

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday 8:30/9:30am – 5:30/6:30pm and Fridays until 3pm 

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 2100 – 2300 euros gross / month depending on experience, skills and qualifications
