Job description

Our client is a Law Firm based in Nicosia and they are looking for a Personal Assistant. 


Job Duties

  • Responsibilities:

    Assist the 2 partners of the Firm in handling workload from 1-2 directorships that each of them keeps in large companies and other workload

    Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for the Partner’s attention

    Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Partner booking and arranging travel

    Reminding the Partners of important tasks and deadlines

    Managing Zygos databases and filing systems

    Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

    Liaising with staff and clients

    Miscellaneous tasks to support the 2 partners


Job Requirements

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Fluent in Greek and English language

Prior experience in a law firm, ASP or audit firm is an advantage

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. On Fridays of June, July and August finishing at 2pm.
