Job description

Our client is a Business Consulting Services firm offering a wide array of compliance consulting services specifically designed for the digital asset market are looking to recruit a Product Owner working on a Hybrid work model to join the team at their Limassol based offices.

Job Duties

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
  
  Write clear and comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed design documents.
  
  Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  
  Participate in the full product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch.
  
  Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  
  Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.
  
  Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  
  Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
  
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web3 and web2 technologies.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a product owner or similar role, preferably within the web3 or blockchain space.

Strong understanding of both web2 and web3 technologies and ecosystems.

Proven experience writing epics, user stories, and detailed design documentation.

Familiarity with UX design principles and experience working with UX designers

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation and inclusivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).

Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and tokenomics.

Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8 (eight) hours per day with a 1 (one) hour lunch break. Start times are flexible

Starting date: As soon as possible (Ideally January 1st)
