Job description

Our client, a leading IVF clinic dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to couples on their fertility journey are looking for a skilled and empathetic Nurse to join their dynamic team based in Limassol.

As an IVF Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the patient care process, supporting patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. You will assist with medical procedures, provide education and guidance, and ensure that each patient receives high-quality care in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Job Duties

• Administer medications and injections for IVF protocols and other fertility treatments.
  
  Assist with monitoring and tracking patient progress throughout their treatment cycle.
  
  Perform ultrasound scans, blood draws, and other diagnostic procedures.
  
  Provide pre- and post-procedure care and education to patients.
  
  Offer emotional support to patients and families throughout their fertility treatment.
  
  Collaborate with fertility specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical documentation.
  
  Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure patient safety during treatments and procedures.
  
  Educate patients on medication protocols, treatment schedules, and self-care instructions.
  
  Provide information on lifestyle changes that could support fertility treatment.
  
  Patient Coordination: Manage patient appointments, treatment schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
  Communication: Serve as the main liaison between patients, fertility specialists, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless communication.
  
  Document Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and billing information.
  
  Patient Support: Provide information and guidance to patients about the IVF process, next steps, and answer any questions they may have.
  
  Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; manage the clinic’s scheduling system and ensure optimal patient flow.
  
  Treatment Preparation: Assist with pre-treatment preparations, such as ensuring required lab tests and diagnostic results are in place.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Registered Nurse with an active license in Cyprus.

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, ideally in reproductive health or fertility services.

Experience with IVF procedures, including injections, ultrasounds, and lab work is a plus.

Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong patient relationships.

Strong communication skills in Greek and in English, both verbal and written. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of IVF, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and fertility treatment protocols is desirable.

The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM
