Our client is an established Forex Broker dedicated to providing exceptional trading experiences to its clients , the opportunity has become available as my client is looking to recruit a creative and experienced Community/Social Media Manager to join our team and enhance their online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms. 


Job Duties

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute innovative content strategies and dynamic social media campaigns tailored to the forex trading industry. This includes producing engaging content for promotions, brand awareness initiatives, awards recognition, and expo participation.

    Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful content for various social media channels.

    Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand voice, guidelines, and overarching objectives.

    Monitor and actively engage with the audience across social media platforms by responding promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages.

    Manage the company’s presence on credible review platforms, such as Trustpilot, addressing user feedback in a professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.

    Oversee and mentor a junior social media specialist, ensuring alignment with company objectives for forum and portal postings.

    plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

    Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Job Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrated expertise in social media management, ideally within the trading or financial services industry.

Comprehensive understanding of the forex trading sector and financial markets.

Proven experience in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.

Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique content ideas.

Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance and optimize strategies.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative approach to teamwork, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Professional certifications in social media management or digital marketing are highly desirable.
