Job description

A Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for a Corporate Administrator.


Job Duties

  • Supporting legal teams in corporate transactions

    Corporate secretarial administration

    Other paralegal duties

    Handling communication with clients and authorities

    Handling filings with companies registrar


Job Requirements

At least 3 years experience with above mentioned tasks at a reputable law firm or an authorised service provider in Cyprus

Professional knowledge of English verbal and written (Greek skills are a plus)

Experience with Quorum

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Excellent digital literacy skills.

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 - 13.00 and 15:00 - 18:00
