AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Job Duties

Tasks

• Ensuring excellent guest experience at all times

• Problem solving and reporting

Job Requirements

The candidates should have:

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a position with proven exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.

• Natural flair for first class service and hospitality.

• Team spirit and pleasant personality.

• Energy and enthusiasm with great listening skills.

• Experience in working at a 4 or 5* hotel or a solid interpersonal background is preferred.

• Additional foreign language is an advantage.
