Job description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background in law, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional legal services. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, addressing a wide range of legal issues.
Job Duties
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters, including immigration, corporate, and contract law.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Handle KYC-related matters, including checks with banks and payment service providers.
Prepare documents, including questionnaires, applications, forms, letters, powers of attorney, and internal policies and regulations.
Open accounts with banks and payment service providers.
Register new companies and maintain existing ones in collaboration with local agents and consultants.
Conduct research on various legal matters related to day-to-day business operations.
Prepare corporate documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate registers, and forms for the Registrar.
Administer company liquidations across various jurisdictions.
Obtain permits and licenses for the company and its employees.
Prepare and submit documentation to immigration services.
Prepare legal actions and represent clients in court for corporate and family law matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited university.
- Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant legal field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (Russian language skills are a plus).
- Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
