Job description

Our client is a Law Firm based in Nicosia and they are looking for a Corporate Lawyer.

Job Duties

• Legal matters related to Incorporation and operation of companies
  
  Due diligence matters
  
  Legal opinions
  
  Drafting of agreements, resolutions etc.
  
  Companies Law, Mergers and redomicliation petitions before the Court
  
  Trusts
  
  Liaising with clients and associates
  
  Review of Zygos system
  
  
  

Job Requirements

Licensed in Cyprus

At least 1-5 years of practicing experience in corporate law.

Excellent knowledge of PC

Fluency in Greek and English

Working hours:

The working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

On Fridays of June, July and August finishing at 2pm.
