Conversion Agent (native English) (VAC-A2878)

Job description

Our client, an Offshore licensed broker in Limassol, is looking to hire a native English-speaking Conversion Agent. 

Job Duties

• Generating and developing clients from new leads
  
  Maintaining a high volume of client contact via phone
  
  Providing training to clients on the company’s products and trading systems
  
  Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
  
  Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
  
  Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers ensuring that clients receive the best level of service
  
  Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures Contribute to the team effort by achieving targeted results
  
  Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
  
  
  

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience in Conversion or a similar position in a financial services company is a must

Native English, and any other languages will be considered an advantage

Excellent negotiation skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Dynamic and innovative Self-motivated and target oriented

Strong computer literacy

Working hours:

The working hours are 9am – 6pm (onsite role)
